Ok kiwi, I'm curious if maybe you can shed some light on one of my more interesting "diet" experiences. After I hit my peak condition which was 154 sub-6, I was able to maintain this condition for a few months eating a double cheeseburger, regular sized french fries, and a large coke nearly every single day for dinner (this part isn't my question man, it's just a primer for my question which is now). Ok, so after this 2 months stablization on a regular daily "junk meal" I decided to up the calories to gain hopefully muscles. So instead of a double cheese, I ate a triple cheese, and I went from regular fries to large fries. Also, I ate a gallon of ice cream at night right before bedtime, and lo and behold I went from 154 sub-6 to 167 sub-8 in less than 6 weeks. I'd like to hear your take on this. And no man, I ain't hating on you, in fact I respect you bro.
