Ok fellas, y'all is right when you say dat there are some exceptionally strong small fellas around, but the question is... How do these small and exceptionally strong fellas get bigger muscles? Well, they get bigger muscles by training with greater and greater training loads. It doesn't matter if he is big but not so strong, and that he is strong but not so big, what matter is..... THE ONLY WAY TO GET BIGGER MUSCLES IS TO TRAIN WITH GREATER AND GREATER TRAININH LOADS. If I have a 20 inch arm, but I can only curl with 40 pounders for 10 reps, and then I work my way up to 80 pounders, then I WILL HAVE BIGGER ARMS. Saying that someone is big but isn't so strong is totally irrelavant, because THE ONLY WAY FOR THIS BIG FELLA TO GET EVEN BIGGER IS BY USING BIGGER TRAINING LOADS.
