two main points:

Matt c uses horrible form. In order for a muscle to get big the muscle has to do the work. If your joints and tendons and momentum are all doing the majority of the work, then your muscles won't grow much at all. Not to mention that 1rep max is only one gauge of strength. If someone has a very big one rep max, but can't rep out a moderate weight for shit, they won't have nearly as big of muscles as if they were able to rep that one rep max weight several times.

Secondly, Matt c might not be big by getbig standards, but he is a lot bigger than when he first started lifting, and bigger than the average male athlete as well.

What you'll find is that your strength is an eventual prerequisite to size. However gains are not linear and these strength and size gains don't  corroborate exactly, but they have a close relationship . But the two are indicators of responding positively to training stress.

Hey blackflag, are you absolutely certain that your "fullness" is the result of pure lean muscle tissue? Not hating bro, but it would be much more valid if you could back up this statement with evidence ie photos, accurate measurements of bodyweight, bodyfat, etc

actually I got one of those threads aswell, but without the doubt of me being unnatural  ;D

secondly it's funny how wiggs called doink out 3 times here to post shirtless pics but doink avoids the posts.. and no I don't care to see'em,, i'm JUST saying, and it only means doink is not comfortable taking those shirtless pics... he will use the same pic everytime time after time  ::)

atleast wiggs admits that he won't take shirtless pics of himself right now because he's not where he wants to be yet, that's honesty, one faced approach to reality... but that was like couple of weeks ago, i don't know what his progress in his training/diet is now... how is your diet wiggs?
