I put in a transfer to San Diego. This is gonna be my last winter I have to survive in NY. I just hate the cold and snow. I'm like 2 different people in the winter and summer.

Some place sunny all year round, rich and with low or no income taxes but with a decent educated population. So that leaves out middle eastern countries.

Colorado.  Lived there once and it was very nice.  Winter was a bit much, but it was sooooo nice during the summer and fall.

I've heard that next to Hawaii San Diego has the most beautiful weather in America. Something like 360 days of sunshine a year.

Australia is Oprah approved.  I wasn't sure where it was so I was glad that she introduced it to me.  I want to live somewhere I can pick up a koala and hug it just whenever and where movie stars do all their own stunts.

I'd like to get there a little before retirement...have enough cash to not worry but still get a part time job like on a golf course or a bartender.
