Well man, I actually did it, and in fact, at this very moment my "diet" consists of gummi bears, chocolate chip cookies, scrambled eggs with cheese, chicken breasts, black coffee and red bull, and I'm getting leaner by the day

And what is rather increadible is that my push muscles (chest, delts, and tris) are actually getting stronger

Yeah man, I am shocked that I'm getting stronger while I am simultaniously getting leaner, but fuck it, I'll take what I can get

FYI, I DO TRAIN MY ASS OFF, so I'm certain that is EXACTLY why I can make such great progress on a "gummi bears, red bull, and scrambled egg" diet
