Back Day - What exercise do you do first?

I usually start out w/ one - arm rows, but I was wondering if anyone had results with other movements.
The answer is "yes".

BB rows
Then T bars
Then CG pulldowns/chins
Then WG PD's
Cable rows

Deadlifts or hammer pull down.

Or

If on Im doing a pre exhaust/BFT route then I'll hit the lats with pullovers....this isn't very often, perhaps only 2 x 1 month per year.

then DL
after that various rows and shrugs

Usually chins/pull ups...

Lately, ive been training chest and back together... working well so far.

Some variety of rows or pullups usually..

depends what I'm prioritizing.

Sternum Chin-ups. Brutal pump, killer results and harder than hell to do, even after doing them for months.

All I do is pullups anymore...50-75 reps then I hit the cardio..usually a machine right behind a girl with a nice ass...

I superset (hammer) lat pull down with stiff leg deads and barbell pullovers in a constant rotation.

here is what i would do on a back day

pull downs wide grip
barbell rows
pull downs with a different handle
tbar rows
pull ups
dead lifts or seated rows or neither

i only do one exercise per body part these days.. and i do barbell rows for back
