A few questions. 1. How tall is he? 2. Is he natural? 3. What does he expect his bodyfat % to be at 175? FYI, the ABSOLUTE BEST that a lifetime natural can hope for is 5'11" 170 @ 6% (and this statement is backed up by God (gh15) himself) P.S. Yes, you or ANYONE CAN GO FROM 250 TO 175 IN LESS THAN 3 MONTHS. I'm not saying that he will do it, I'm just saying that it is possible.

I just don't understand how it's possible to gain so much weight in such a relatively short time. Especially when you go into the holidays with a dieting mindset. Epic failure.

i didn't, i fully intended to eat what i wanted - that was made clear here in my log.

i was surprised myself at how much the weight increased, i ate more than normal, but really nothing crazy.

i did drink quite a bit though.

but like i said, within 2 months i fully expect to be lighter than i was pre xmas, and by the end of july - at the latest i will be 175 or lighter.

i lost weight consistently by eating whatever i liked for the past 5 months

i had no competition date to bind me over xmas, why wouldn't i eat what i wanted like everyone else does during that time

now i am telling you i am staying on it till i reach the desired weight.

i could understand if i was struggling the past 5 months, but its been pretty clear it's been a doddle.

now you are all lining yourselves up to look like fools.
