He's a fat lazy bastard, his "training" is non-existent, his "diet" consists of 3000 calories of junk food.

He is basically doing what he has been doing all the time, just changed the labels.

If done natural, i would give a time window of 1-2 years, diet down very slowly with a clean diet and a proper training program and build muscle in timely spaced intervalls, then i would give him a chance to end up "ok".

I'm sitting at 170 @ 12% and my waist has shrunk from 38.5 inches to 32 inches
