Everyones different...

Getting zero rest would impact upon you, that isn't generally what people are talking about in regards to overtraining.

Shut up fatty. :-*

I only talk about my own experience and observing others around me.

As i said everybody is different.

You have never trained, so you don't even have that singular perspective on the matter.

as do i.

i have experienced overtraining for real - not read about it and posting thoughts from internet nobodies.

i have also read the science on it, not to mention read books like supertraining and its like to know every sport in the wold revolves around avoiding overtraining.

i suggest you stop now before you embarrass yourself further.

Everything within reason. Decent rest and i could train 6 hours a day without problem. Everything in life depends on genetics, you have shit genetics, hence the reason why you look obese and put about 20lbs on in days if you don't keep your diet strict.

As i have said before, try actually training before you open your cake hole.

My daily physical exertion is probably not far off of that all things considered. You couldn't walk to the fridge without collapsing fatty, you haven't seen a days exercise in your life.

What are some of the signs of overtraining? Elvated morning pulse is one that I've heard of.

for a bodybuilder there isnt...bodybuilder dont train hard enough to overtrain...

what you are experiencing is your body trying to adapt to work...its a shock to your CNS, but nothing else....you will likely never experience overtraining.....if olympic atheletes rarely hit the wall and overtrain, a bodybuilder damn sure never will...especially with all the drugs used for recovery...
