Keith was a superman re upper body strength. He was a champion arm wrestler and although he didn't compete in powerlifting he did very impressive lifts for benching and pressing. I doubt anyone else on Getbig can match Keith in those lifts.

What's funny is that there is a guy on this board who claims he can military press 365 for reps. Paul Anderson was probably the strongest man who ever lived, and even he would have trouble doing that.
I am currently gymless. The owner of the gym I was training at kcked me out because I am opening another gym and everyone is talking about it and coming over to my gym so he kicked me out. I was just getting some strength back. But, once I get back in the gym I will take video of me doing seated front presses with 365 for reps. I mean all the way down and I will rest 5 seconds at the bottom and press full extension. I'll do just five full reps for you. Remind me cause i know I will forget. But I promise you I have done does this weight jsut about a month ago and I have taken close to 6 years off of training and just got back seriously in January or so. Depnding on how long I am out this time I should be able to do it in a month after starting back. The one thing I do have is great shoulder strength. I have to do them seating though because of my lower back. I'll show every rep from start to finish.
