And yes, I hear that all of the time. Good genes, staying in shape, and most importantly...a strong mind. I refuse to age. And I'm serious about that. I refuse to go along with how things are "supposed to be". Age ain't shit unless you let it be. I honestly don't worry about it. And the longer I can stay delusional, the better!
