LOL right hey... I actually gained like 8lb since the "bet" "started".. .. just crossed the 260lb line all dressed up... in the past I would just start lifting and lose fat right away (viceral) and gain muscle just looking at plates... now the muscle is piling back  on as usual but the fat remains.. oh snap !

It'd be nice to actually follow thru on this one. Even if you dont do the show, just do it to see what you look like in really good shape.

Plus you have Nasser helping you out. So the prep shouldnt be a problem at all.

I don't preach anything with regards to "diet" I just state THE FACT that A "CLEAN DIET" IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR AN OUTSTANDING PHYSIQUE. Yeah, you can eat a "clean diet" if you want to, but it isn't a requirement for outstanding results.

I'm convinced that you could break the 6 min mile barrier if you really tired, but it would "cost you" alot of pain ie very hard training, so I don't blame you for taking it easy. It takes a rare breed of individual to really push it to the limit, and not many are willing to pay that price. By the way, you definately should carb load before your races.

I'm sure I could down the road but right now there's no need to. I go all protein 10 days before a big race. The first time I ran a marathon, I carbed up a day before, except for dinner the night before. It worked before the 1st marathon and that is what I stick to.

So you plan on starting a cycle on you hit a buck 75 panda? How lean do you think you will be at dat point? From what I've heard, it's best to go on gear when you're still a bit of a fatass (roughly 15%) than it is to hit up a cycle when you are relatively lean (roughly 10%)
