Fair enough man, but does there really need to be a "scientific answer"? If you say the term "clean diet" to the majority of trainers, they will know exactly what you're talking about. It's just rather common sensical, don't ya think? If they wasn't such a thing as a clean diet, then no one would be able to argue about it, since no one would know what it means exactly.
