Well, I just thought it would be nice to use the resources here.  Melvin Goodrum has shown he can "dial" in and TA has  some very good recipes and nutrient outlines.  The Panda Protocol is the latest fad here at Getbig.  I'm not sure how well it works since it is still quite new. 

All in all  I believe Nutrient Timing is going to be a crucial/deciding factor in this contest.
