I've been doing mostly high rep sets on a leg press machine for calves. Sets of 20-25 reps. Open to suggestions though. It's kind of difficult to get a decent calf photo when you are taking them yourself. Tried to get a few different angles.
I said I eat 1.5 CHICKEN BREASTS, not 1.5 servings you RETARD. A fullsize chicken breast is not 3.5 oz. Is this really that hard for you to grasp? I thought you were a joke before, but now its just plain embarrassing.
