meal 1. gibblits quick fried with Blue Mountain Oats (locally grown)

meal 2. 7000 cal olive oil 120 grams fat shake (continuous spot thrusting)

Deep sleep 10 hours min.

Cool well I hat 1.5 cups of vector, 7 chicken nuggets and a protein shakes, not that you give a shit or anything, but I refuse to actually talk about training/diet unless it's off topic(ironically.)
