Yeah dogbowl, I talking about sub-7 percent bodyfat, and the reason I think that I'll be softer and flatter is because I will be carb and calorie depleted during the 1st phase of this project. There's is one thing that I'm not sure of, and that is will I actually gain lean muscle tissue on my way to sub-7? Well, that question will be answered within 6 weeks or so.

I am opening the books again, speaking of arms  :D

BUT....things have changed. everyone must re-qualify with a new picture of their arm, we are starting from ground zero and the requirements are tougher.

No more ..."Hey, your arm is OK and i think you're cool....so you are in".

Your arm must be at LEAST 16 inches and have balance and muscularity.

I will be posting new pics of my arms shortly....I have been really sick for the last two weeks and i have lost 14 LBS.  :P

Once i get back in the swing and my lost muscle comes back I'll take them.........and then IT'S ON BITCHES

DJ,here are some points for you to implememt inyto your training:

1.- Do more volume
2.- Eat clean,6 x a day...the calorie is a calorie shit is clearly not working
3.- To hell with Arthur Jones
4.- Join a real gym...no at home bodyweight exercises
5.- Forget measurements and bodyweight.....go by the mirror to see progress or lack thereof
6.- Train your ass off,and do cardio (do not run)

Arms look OK,but they will get much much better as will your whole physique after adding my recommendations.

Why not running wes? I'm not gonna ever run more than 20 min tops, ever! In fact, I will mainly stick to 10 to 15 min hard AT runs. It seems that I haven't made myself so clear with my training history, so I will try to clarify it now. First of all, I haven't trained hard and consistantly for over 8 years. Secondly, I NEVER, EVER HAVE TRAINED MY LEGS HARD AND CONSISTANTLY, EVER. Third, I have to humble myself here, and say that "diet" is somewhat important. So now I will follow an ok "diet" with mainly eggs, chicken breasts, beef and milk (sorry Falcon, maybe you can offer some scarifices for my soul). But, I just won't train legs hard and consistantly, the hardest part of my leg workout will be dumbell stiff-legged deads. I know that I'm gonna catch lots of hatorade for this, but I want a certain look. Nicely devolped arms, a very nice V-shaped back, a tiny wasp waist, and a tight round firm ass for the ladies 8) So for the ass it will be the SLD's and for the V shaped back it will be weighted wide grip chin

Wes is actually giving you some pretty good advice dj, except for the eating 6x a day..that is not needed in my opinion.
But training wise you should try what he says.

remember i have 16 years of weightlifting experience

never EVER diet, but DO cut out animal fat, increase nut/walnut/pecan fat and plenty of fruitjuices

remember cutting carbs/calories means you will have less energy, headaches from too low of glucose, wich means the less you eat the less you can do, the less full your musles are and less and less recovery

I'm gonna eat roughly 1500 cals per day, with at least 100 carb grams a day and 100 protein grams a day, but I won't go over 1500 cals a day. Also, I will eat 3 or 4 times a day, and I will most likely have one cheat day per week. My whole training idea is this: greater and greater training loads equal bigger and bigger muscles. And in my humble opinion HIT is the best way to enable oneself to train with greater and greater training loads. I will make one prediction here, and that prediction is that I WILL gain muscle while losing fat during this 1st phase.

but my ac tendon has been broken for 2 years, haven't slept a minute for 3 months, have trained half assed for 2 months and I'm just a plain mess, definetely not my best showing... but I'lll post a pic... oh and stomac virus too, and some rare case of flesh eating virus...

Where did I say that I was seeking others opinions no name? The whole point of this thread is to show exactly what I can do, and to be a testimony to my training ideas/theroies. I know that you think that you know it all, but why don't you just STFU and let me show what I can do.
