Yeah JP_RC, there is something to wes' post, but I'm gonna stick with the Jones style training and we will see what happens. And as far as diet, I got a preliminary plan mapped out. I'm gonna eat roughly 1500 cals per day, with at least 100 carb grams a day and 100 protein grams a day, but I won't go over 1500 cals a day. Also, I will eat 3 or 4 times a day, and I will most likely have one cheat day per week. My whole training idea is this: greater and greater training loads equal bigger and bigger muscles. And in my humble opinion HIT is the best way to enable oneself to train with greater and greater training loads. I will make one prediction here, and that prediction is that I WILL gain muscle while losing fat during this 1st phase.
