Thanks man, I usually start with alternating db curls, then incline hammer curls, preacher curls, reverse preacher, 21's...I usually mix up my routine grips/bars/standing/seated..

Nah Im pretty sure he just comes and goes.  Like when his T cell count is high enough he posts, but when hes all sickly he doesnt.

No idea... The posts on him along with many other gimmicks were very conservative in nature yet other people go on porn posting sprees on the G and O and post racist and offensive material yet still get to keep their gimmicks.
