My sister is bipolar 2, the worst kind. She's on lithium, prolixin, and other shit. If she doesn't take her meds, she winds up on the floor and won't eat. The paramedics then come and drag her out to the hospital. Then a judge has to come and rule that she can be forced to take her meds. Not a pretty sight. This doesn't happen all that often, but it still sucks for my parents. It doesn't help that she's a religious nut either.
