have you tried R?
for example, faisal needs a lot of carbs even without slin... he tells me that his blood sugar hits 70 if he stays 6 hours without food even without slin and he gets really dizzy... very sensitive to insulin... he uses humalog and it works great with him... I , on the other hand, am very desentisized to slin... it's really a miracle how i don't have type 2 diabetes, yet my body acts like it does (don't have diabetes at all in the family)... I don't eat carbs for days on end and my blood sugar doesn't go below 90... I can take 10 iu humalin R and not get hypo while eating 10-20 grams of carbs... i once took 15 iu humalin R with 4 iu gh and spent the whole time without eating shit... never went hypo... used humalog... that crap didn't do shit... no fullness, very random hypo... bloated feeling... just felt like crap... so everyone is different... I do very well with R, i am not a carb crazy guy... and i believe you had great results on keto... so that tells me something... why don't you give R a shot?
and a word of advice... DON'T EAT A LOT!!!! going hypo and coming out of it is a lot like getting drunk... saudis are the worst drinkers because they're like bodybuilders going hypo...
... double shot of whiskey... not drunk... 1 minute later... double shot of whiskey... not drunk... 1 minute later... double shot of whiskey... feeling a bit buzzed... not drunk yet... 1 minute later... double shot of whiskey... light headed... not reeeeaaalllyyy drunk... 1 minute later... double shot of whiskey...sisht, em getn dbunk... i want this feeling to last... 1 minute later... double shot of whiskey...
so within 5 minutes, they drink 6 double shots of whiskey, and then drink beers after that cuz they want to get drunk quick... not knowing it takes a lot of time to process 1 drink in the body... then they start telling people they love them, then they think they're invinsible and want to beat up everyone... then they cry, vomit, pass out...

same thing with us bodybuilder... feeling a little hypo? a little hungry? eat 200 grams of carbs... 5 minutes later... still hypo? eat another 100 grams... WTF? I swear when i start going hypo, i just drink a glass of tea with 2 packs of sugar and a date... it's gone (this is without GH... with GH i don't need any carbs) but it takes 5-10 minutes to subside. it's not an immediate effect.

don't "pound" the carbs...  
I am dieting so I won't try that right now but once I get to 5-6% bf I'll start experimenting a bit :)
they changed the date of the show I was dieting for, they put in  july 2 instead of june 11.... fuck my life 3 more weeks of dieting :O

I agree about the insulin. I feel the hypo episodes many experience is due to slamming a ton of liquid carbs when you do the injection. I think probably due to a huge endogenous release of insulin... then comes the Humalog or R on top of that. Sipping a carb solution slowly is better and you get away with *much* less total carbs.

I eat pickles and celerie sticks troughout the day if I am hungry (usually in the afternoon or before going to sleep when I watch a movie and my girlfriends eat chips or popcorn it makes me hungry)

everything is fine, I feel good on this diet !
not a lot of carbs, I keep them around training.

I will up them in a few weeks once I get under 198

I'll take some pics in a few weeks, right now I am lean ut bloated as fuck from all the test

I am dropping the test this week and adding tren-masteron or tren-equipoise in high dose don't know wich one yet, maybe I'll save the equipoise for later.

plus I am starting t3, clen and ephedra this week too.

in the next month I'll lose about 6-7 pounds of fat and a good 7-8 pounds of water too , I'll be almost contest ready B)

Afterward, I'll do some slin for a week or two to experiment while I am low bodyfat

Vis a Vis Insulinotropic effects; I might add, and for the same reasons as intimated by Van bilderass, the Leucine based carb concoctions, that many assholes contrive for post workout use, are even worse than the 'I'm taking x amount of Insulin, thus I need Y amount of carbs' methodology that many seem to over do.

Oh and, Van, do you laugh your bollocks off at the charlatan ways of fat slag know nothings such as Fatpanda?

imo, id add in a shit ton of fiberous carbs in your diet- like broccoli and spinach, and cut back on the sugary and starchy carbs to half, keep lean red meat to one meal, use almonds for your fat source. you need a fat in your last meal- maybe 10 egg whites/ 3 omega 3 whole eggs as last meal. get rid of the sugary carb post workout and switch to a waxy maize maybe.

as for your slin, id go 7iu pre/7 iu post workout of LOG. sip on a bcaa/waxy maize/glutamine concoction while you train. dont follow the 1iu insulin/10 grams of carb rule- you'll get fat. find out what works best for you and what your body needs. i could get away with 5-7 gram carb per iu when i was using it. keep glucose tabs handy in case you start to go low. take them the minute you feel it. this will prevent you from going to low (sweating/shaking) and ripping all the doors of your cupboards, and eating 2000 cals in sugar and junk.

What about...I don't know, dropping the slin altogether and just upping the AAS and GH? Sounds simpler, albeit more expensive.

I'm at 250- only 80 if them from starch. the rest is fiberous. I have never had this much energy in a diet. then again I failed to take into considerationg your using insulin too. why are you using insulin during your prep- your show is in July. your pseudo dieting. not dieting to get lean, not dieting to get big- just dieting. set certain week out point and start your prep from there and go by the book. until then I'd just up the boost, up the cals without getting too sloppy and grow and forget about dieting until that point.

unlike you im always dieting. i get to a point where im too sloppy and i'll be like 'ok- im going to get back into shape' end up half assing my way thru the year, not making any gains, not getting into the condition i want. in december finally got fed up enough i started a pre contest diet. no more fucking around. lol god its so frustrating- i was always dieting, but never getting anywhere.
