  Apples and oranges...

  Both at their best? Shawn Ray due to superior completeness and aesthetics, but Nasser has such an edge on size that it is very close. Both have shitty structures, so it boils down to who has the most complete package and most ideal bodybuilding look and that is Ray.

  As I see it, Ray's superior balance, completeness and aesthetics win over Nasser's 40 lbs mass advantage just like Nasser wins over Kovacs's 40 lbs mass advantage for the same reasons...

ray was not well proportioned in his lower body.. his quads (which were still worse than nasser's shape wise) were much better than his hams and especially his high small calves.. on the other size nasser had a very well proportioned lower body with the 3 leg parts going perfectly together in size and shape!!..

  Nasser was missing his entire back view, and Ray's quads were great. His calves were smalish but this balance flaw is not as bad as having 50 muscles missing - the entire back muscles complex.

check the RLS comparison in 97 and dont tell me nasser looked that bad beside ray in this pose!!.. the only pose that was really affected by his lack of details in the back department is the RDB.. still his back had the width and size,.. we can't say it was the same case as dorian who had one really missing and deformed part.. mr. olympia with NO arm but still you hear those idiots who say it only affected him in one pose

  Ok, let me refrase that. Nasser's back was "better" than Ray's in terms of absolute size, but it was small for his size. That means a lack of balance. Ray's back was also far superior in detail(muscle quality) as you could see his christmas-tree. You could say that Nasser wins back muscularity, but Ray's back was more in proportion and just plain better in terms of being able to actually see the muscles - Nasser's back was so smooth that you couldn't see even the separation between teres major, teres minor and latissimus dorsi which is the minimum you would expect from a pro bodybuilder in contest day. Ray was just better.
