Most people wouldn't believe Hershal's claims but actually I do. His one meal a day is most likely attributed to the Nation of Islam's dietary recommendations for "one meal a day" which is preached by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. In addition, while he may just eat a soup, salad, and bread but depending on the type of food and the quantity, he could be getting in 2-3000 calories in that one meal if he's eating a large bowl of a heavy soup like a clam chowder or cheddar bisque.
The bodyweight exercises are absolutely possible and I've been using them for clients for a couple years now and it works. EA Active Fitness and other Wii Fitness Programs incorporate those same workouts. Push-ups work practically the entire upper body especially in a quantity and so do situp. I knew a guy that got himself in shape by watching TV for about 6 hours and doing pushup and situps during the commercial breaks. As long as its a consistent exercise and diet program, the body will make progressive gains.
But as far as steroids are concerns, the jury is out on that one but everything else is actually in order
