I'm not sure what the fuck that was but it certainly does not prove he uses anything. His physique is nothing special, no onion thin skin no bulging shoulders no vascularity not much of anything special. Your average guy with decent genes can achieve this in 4-5 years of consistent training and diet. And his form is just AWFUL I hope that is not how he usually trains...

It was a challenge. After a while I started seeing how much I was putting into doing the shows vs. getting back and said no more. Instead of spending all the money to compete...I took the girlfriend to jamaica for a week. Had a hell of a lot more fun, and wasnt miserable for 12 weeks.
