I hear ya Mr N, but the problem with me is dat there is no middle ground, I either go all-out, or not at all. So, I'm gonna run a "cycle diet" similar to what Lyle McDonald preaches, but slightly modified. Basically it will be 48 hrs ultra lo cals, cycled avec 24 hrs normal cal intake, with a weight training bout every 3 days, once I'm carbed and caloried up.
