old pics but i look about the same sadly...

quads may be a little smaller these days and the calves are definitely bigger but the upper body is pretty much the same.



 You got good thickness there but you're gonna have to go hard to cut cut by april 15th.

 If you do some hard stims a few days before the contest you'll get pretty cut. Maybe some diuretics and you'll win this thing.

Yea all three are feverishly pursusing this and are quality competitors plus Shipsekki figures in but get on the toes raises maybe dial in a spot higher.  8)

thanks bud and yea thats why i want to do this b/c i go through phases where i have alot of motivation and then eat like crap for a week and ruin all the progress i made the past 2 or 3

I'm at a crossroads now as far as this comp is considered, and I'm not sure which path to take. One is to just keep on trying to get bigger without getting fatter, and then lean out to sub-7 4 weeks out, and the other is to take 3 or 4 weeks now and get to sub-7 from my current level of 13%. So I'm not sure if I should just go ahead and hit sub-7 before mid March, or do it later? Wot y'all think dat I should do?

Get as lean as possible.....you aren't going to put on any substantial size in that amount of time and conditioning, especially at the size you guys are going for, is going to be the key.

I agree.....and hate the weather for you.....we had snow on the ground this morning.....now it's in the 50's !!  8)

50's!? Bah! That's tee-shirt weather. My parents are in New Mexico, and that state's having one of their coldest Winters in years, and with rolling blackouts, no less. You don't know how that makes me smile.  ;D

Go the slow route, maintain muscle just drop cals slow and keep trying to progress in training increasing weight progression. No rocket science.

 I'm about to travel for 2 weeks and probably won't train during that time. So that's gonna set me back in this competition.

 But while i'm traveling I will focus on burning up some fat from dieting, walking, hiking and fucking. But I probably won't do any actual exercise sessions.

 After this vacation i'm gonna have a super lean face. My jawline has already gotten sharp and i'm starting to see more definition in my cheeks. The bitchez cream their panties over that shit.

 You're almost there already. You should worry more about your muscle fullness and trying to come in full. Coming in ripped shouldn't be a problem for you.

 Same with me. Right now my bodyfat is getting low no problem, but i'm getting flat as a pancake.

I hear ya Mr N, but the problem with me is dat there is no middle ground, I either go all-out, or not at all. So, I'm gonna run a "cycle diet" similar to what Lyle McDonald preaches, but slightly modified. Basically it will be 48 hrs ultra lo cals, cycled avec 24 hrs normal cal intake, with a weight training bout every 3 days, once I'm carbed and caloried up.

 Most fatasses are very insecure and afraid to show themselves.

 Lean guys look good and attract women more than bulky guys with higher bodyfat, everyone knows that.

 Whether you are 120 pounds or 220 pounds, if you're lean you'll look aesthetic and attractive, unless you are extremely skinny with no muscle at all.

 The fatasses know this. So they hide in fear.

This is going far very fast!!! 6 weeks is not enough for anyone coming off the Holidays......Lets be realistic and plan for maybe June1st in time for Summer....heck I could probably drum up some prizes from supplement companies.......

 Actually this might be a good idea. It'll give us time to actually get in shape for this contest and make it more legit. More like a contest instead of a random posedown.

 HOW DO YOU ALL FEEL ABOUT CHANGING THE DATE TO JUNE 1ST? SHOULD WE DO IT?

 About the prizes. If you can really get that going then I don't see any reason why not. Go for for it man.

Well man, I'm basically using dis contest as a way to get maself into top shape, and I'm not really looking to "win" any prizes through it, just as a motivation to get into an outstanding level of condition. Basically this contest is a way for me to prove to da peeps dat I knows wot I'm talkin' bout, and to show a legit 16 inch arm @ 160 @ sub-7

Yeah you should post a list of the "line up", add in that you have to be a legit getbigger as well (certain amount of posts or whatever)
