My muscles are blowing up right now, i'm in it to win it. I got the super low bodyfat already right now, veins, lean face, abs looking more and more detailed everyday. Just gotta makes sure I got an awesome pump and it's all mine.

What are you all gonna do before the contest to get shredded? I'm thinking about going into the sauna for a few hours and not drinking any water. Get dry and vascular like that.

I also got the body hair cut off and the thong ready to go. Baby oil in the drawer. Ready for war.

I don't have any new pictures as of now, but I'm now down to 90kg. I started at 95kg... surprised the hell out of me when I stepped on the scale. My poor excuse of a diet actually works!

Thanks, I hope it is! I've personally never seen anyone at my height weigh more than say 95-98kg and have solid abs... just doesn't happen it seems like. It's probably hormone territory but what do I know. Maybe after a few years of hardcore training I can keep the current conditioning at around 95 kg. But that's a long ways away.

I started at around 70kg half a decade ago with pretty poor conditioning.. skinny fat etc. I'm pretty happy with were I am now, 'bones' or not. You're looking good too man, how many cals a day roughly?

I don't weigh my food or count calories at all. Back when I weighed 95kg+ I maintained my weight by not doing any cardio to speak of and eating pretty much whatever the eff I wanted. So any effort to change that would probably bring about results. What I'm doing right now is just simply keeping the portions smaller, avoid the most calorie dense food(and no snacks etc) and cut down on carbs a bit. Plus cardio like 4-5 times a week.

Drop about 300 a day on cals. Keep the weights heavy. Do a little more cardio not going overboard. Drop water intake and carbs 2 days out then carb the day before.

On getbig I get called "twink", but in real life I get called "handsome", "attractive", "sexy", "in shape", "cut" and all kinds of other good stuff.

I'm gonna keep the epic leanz and try to put on a solid 10 pounds of lean muscle, then i'll be 110% pimpin'.

Keeping the leanz is essential. Lean 150 pounds is better than sloppy 190 pounds.

April 15th i'll probably lose the contest, but on June 1st i'm gonna be ready to destroy all competition.

I'd say dat I'm sitting @ bout 10% now, so I'm relatively lean but not lean enough. I was still @ roughly 15% less than a month ago so I am leaner, and ma face is looking MUCH BETTER and more handsome. In fact, I was looking it the mirror the other day, and I thought to maself, "Dude, you is looking pretty damn handsome, go out and hook yoself up wit some sexyass females" But then I realized dat even if I do catch da ladies lust and attraction wit ma handsome face, then once I open ma mouth and start talking then they will lose all their lust and desire and tell me to get lost FACT
