By the way, you really shouldn't worry so much about joining a gym, what you should focus on is training with greater and greater workloads, and it really doesn't matter which exercises you do as long as you are able to increase your training loads. Basically this 2-week project that I'm doing will be a demostration of what I've just told you. And then on May 1st, when I post my back double bi photo you will have visual proof of these things that I have just told you regarding heavier training loads creating larger muscles. Peace my man 
HAHA. I didn't know you could type normal. I thought you just naturally typed the other way.
Nice strategy. I'm using the opposite method. I'm just going high reps and going for awesome pump. Using lighter weights and a little more volume than usual. Not focusing on increasing weight as much as getting awesome pumpz.
We'll see what works better.
I'm just happy to get cut again. At this time last year I was deep in the bulking and I looked like shit. It's great to be in shape again and pimpin. I feel a lot better too and i'm not wasting all that money on food.
