Back when wrestling was awesome.
 
 Rick Rude's physique is exactly what i'm going for. Without the steroids i'll probably have to settle with less mass though.

I did ZERO sit-ups or crunches to achieve these abs 8) So don't waste yo time and energy doing dat shit! Focus on traiining wit heavier and heavier training loads, just like I'm a gonna do now ;) I'll post another back double bi on over here in twoo weeks time, and I WILL have added at least 5 pounds of added muscle within dat time frame FACT

 I really should join a gym. I just lift at home on my shitty weight set.

 All the gyms around here suck. 100$ per month and TINY. Asian gyms suck. Always way too small and crowded, lack of equipment, etc.

 By the way, are you natty in that pic?

 He wasn't too big though. He must have been into the narcotics too or something. He doesn't look like the kind of guy who would die from steroid abuse.

 Maybe that's how he stayed so lean. Lots of stimulants.

 Looks good. That's the way to go. Get lean as fuck even if your body weight gos really low, because it looks good anyway.

 That's what i'm gonna do too. Get super lean, try to get down to like 145, but keep the muscles as full as possible.

Yep, it will be a curent pic, and in fact it will be another back double bi pic, and I will write something on my low back like che>dj to prove that it's for real and legit ;D And what you will see in this pic is that ma arms and delts will be noticeably larger, as that is where I plan on adding the majority of dis 5 pounds 8)

Allright blackflag, you are a cool dude in my book, so I will try and tone it down a bit 8) By the way, you really shouldn't worry so much about joining a gym, what you should focus on is training with greater and greater workloads, and it really doesn't matter which exercises you do as long as you are able to increase your training loads. Basically this 2-week project that I'm doing will be a demostration of what I've just told you. And then on May 1st, when I post my back double bi photo you will have visual proof of these things that I have just told you regarding heavier training loads creating larger muscles. Peace my man 8)

HAHA. I didn't know you could type normal. I thought you just naturally typed the other way.

 Nice strategy. I'm using the opposite method. I'm just going high reps and going for awesome pump. Using lighter weights and a little more volume than usual. Not focusing on increasing weight as much as getting awesome pumpz.

 We'll see what works better.

 I'm just happy to get cut again. At this time last year I was deep in the bulking and I looked like shit. It's great to be in shape again and pimpin. I feel a lot better too and i'm not wasting all that money on food.

 That's called "Bi-Winning".

My strategy is compound lifts with my massive strenght.... :-\

210 1rm bench
330 1rm deadlift
240x8 squat

My goal is to increase these numbers when June 1st comes. First time I post my girly weights but who cares.. You all know Im a small guy anyway..
