With squats I love to go 20 or 30 reps. High reps on squats are awesome.

Did 5 sets of squats and 3 sets of lunges today. My legs are totally trashed.

Walking lunges are awesome too, those things kill your legs and hit the abs good.

For most muscles i'm doing 7-14 reps though. Usually a couple heavier sets and a couple lighter sets.

In my experience 6 to 8 reps works best for upper body, but sometimes as high as 10. Legs? Well, that's better left unsaid lol

You're just a fat guy who lifts heavy ass weight once in a while. You don't seem like you train consistently.

Do 30 reps of squats. And use a weight that will bring you to total failure on the 30th rep. Your legs will be trashed. I bet you couldn't handle it. You better stick to your 5 rep, 50% range of motion sets.

I think those are actually pretty good lifts for your size. 330 DL is well over twice your weight which I bet most posters here can't do.

That's just the odds.

Seems like about 75% of the people who talk shit in here look very out of shape.

Sometimes totally out of shape, sometimes permabulker, strong but with like 30% bodyfat.

Maybe he is in shape. But that's not usually how it is on this forum.

He's got pretty good shape, a bit of muscle and he's decently lean..not a bad build At all.

your recent pics show a pasty looking, skinnyfat white guy with hardly any muscle. You talk as if you are a contender but haven't put up any pics to back up your talk.
