My weights are pretty low right now too. I used to be stronger.

 I start with 12-16 rep sets with about 160.

 Then i'll sometimes put it up to about 200 and do as many as I can. Usually about 4-8 reps. But I don't do this too much, I prefer the high rep sets.

 At the end I strip it down really low to like 100, and i'll just squat until I can't anymore, just do like 30-50 reps until my leg muscles feel like they're about to rip in half. I usually do 2 sets like this at the very end. That shit KILLS the legs a lot more than low rep for sure.


Not a bad workout, but just remember... if you want to have larger muscles you must train with greater and greater workloads. The reason my arms are bigger now is because I have increased the training loads that I use for my arms. INCREASED TRAINING LOADS=LARGER MUSCLES

True dat! But the thing is, I never said that it look good at the current moment. But it will all happen in due time, most likely by the end of August. You like them big beefy dudes, and I ain't never gonna be one of them, nor do I want to be one of them.

My final goal is 165 @ sub-8 with a legit 16 inch arm TWINK POWER 8)

I got a weight bench, 2 dumbbells, a barbell, and about 220# in weights.

 That's how I built my amazing physique. No fancy machines. Just pure, hardcore lifting of iron.

 Therefore, you do not care about symettry, lines, cuts, or looking attractive, because it'll take an act of God to make you look good. That conehead of yours and the down syndrome face ain't gonna start looking good anytime soon.

 So instead, you just go the powerlifter route. Trying to lift huge weights and go for sheer mass. Bragging and thinking it's awesome to weight almost 300 pounds and lift 900 pounds.

 Well, i'm the opposite of that. I am an incredibly sexy man, handsome, good looking, charming, cut and in shape, abs. Man why would I care about how much weight I put up? I'm too busy looking good. How do you get 200 pounds on your back without a rack?

 For 200# squats i usually use 2 100# dumbells and strap them, then i'll just squat while holding them down at my sides. For 150# or less i'll clean and jerk a barbell up onto my shoulders.

 All about being safe and avoiding injury.

 Sometimes if i'm feeling strong i'll bring it up to about 220# or 230#. But I like to do at least 8 reps with a full ROM. So I don't go for high weights usually.
