it's an ok weight for repping out overhead squats, if you weight the same that is
otherwise one should keep a lower profile about their working sets 
I don't give a fuck. I just lift weights as a hobby and have fun, it's not my life and it's not my identity. It's just a hobby.
I don't even eat a high protien diet now, I just eat a healthy and balanced diet, i'm pretty laid back about the whole thing. Not trying to mutate into a beast, just trying to be in shape and be athletic.
If I want huge muscles, anytime I can just hop on the juice wagon and start force feeding, up the protien and calories. BOOM. Huge muscles in a few months. No big deal. Muscles come and go.
I do need to start going to a gym though. Working out at home without squat racks and machines is not nearly as good as having all the equipment.
