it's an ok weight for repping out overhead squats, if you weight the same that is

otherwise one should keep a lower profile about their working sets  :D

Sometimes when I'm lazy I do like 80kg and as many reps as I can but when I go home I feel like I pussied out and didn't push myself just because 80kg is in my comfort zone, usually ill do though 100-110kg for 8 deep reps 3 sets, and then front squats

i know, brutal  ;D

it's kewl, I know exactly how you feel... 100kg is my comfort zone, ass to the grass and "none stop" reps like ronnie :D. 100kg is allways light weight and I can play with it, but when i put 120kg-130kg.... ugh.... especially after long breaks it's hard, but 100kg, allways there and easy.

have you ever tried a 1RM?

yes kinda, before my trip I could do a double with 140kg... after squating 9 good reps with 130kg. But my squating allways goes to shit if i haven't got my legs pumped and have a "comfortable" feeling, so no i would not squat any more than that if I would've done 140kg first ;P

but if i focused and put all my willpower into it and had a good day.... MABY 150kg for a single... maby, kinda... perhaps... maby...

I know what you mean about the "comfortable" feeling, even the smallest thing with my back, knees, legs or anything basically feeling wrong, then my squatting goes to shit too

Last time i did legs, I did legg press first as HARD as i could because I just was irritated by the squat rack :D (pussy), but I killed my self... after that I put 100kg on squat and did a solid 12 reps, I know, baby weight, but god damn the FEELING was good! i didn't have to ego anything because I knew i did alot of hard sets in the legg press and that was it.

 I don't give a fuck. I just lift weights as a hobby and have fun, it's not my life and it's not my identity. It's just a hobby.

 I don't even eat a high protien diet now, I just eat a healthy and balanced diet, i'm pretty laid back about the whole thing. Not trying to mutate into a beast, just trying to be in shape and be athletic.

 If I want huge muscles, anytime I can just hop on the juice wagon and start force feeding, up the protien and calories. BOOM. Huge muscles in a few months. No big deal. Muscles come and go.

 I do need to start going to a gym though. Working out at home without squat racks and machines is not nearly as good as having all the equipment.

 Your waist is looking smaller, gives you much more of a v taper.

 Try going to a sauna to get rid of that water. Yesterday I went to the sauna for about an hour and when I was finished I looked a lot more cut, that'll get rid of the water.

 Imagine if we actually got on steroids. We would be top 5 Mr. O contestents within a year.

Honest to God, I ate whatever the fuck I felt like. Mainly Double cheeseburgers and large cokes from Wendy's and lots of Taco Hell (Taco Bell). I lifted weights nearly every goddamn day, and I ran 2 miles each and every night at that time.

 Yup, when you wanna cut cut you can pretty much eat whatever you want. You just gotta eat less of it and make sure you'e getting enough protien.

 I've only been eating meat about 3x per week. I'm gonna bump it up to every day and see how my gainz improve. Gonna buy a bunch of chicken breasts after work and I will look even more sculpted with the extra protien.

 How many grams of protien do you all eat every day? I'm getting like 75 grams probably.
