I joined in getbig  the same time as bfrs (ShipShekki)... since then i've changed personality left and right to this day, but he has prety much stayed the same... but we're cool with eachother... allthough sometimes it's like talking to AI program.

Hey JJ, what kinda weight are you deadlifting?
  start with 135...do that till im tired..then 225 for 12 (easy) then 315 for 10ish ..then 405 for 6 and I'm good.

Both BFRS and Dj181 have bigger arms than me, BFRS might beat me on quads as well, its gonna be closer there. Back unknown.

Who gives a shit if I have bigger arms then yours X, coz it don't mean jack shit unless they are hard and conditioned. Conditioning is da key ma man 8)

 I hit chest and shoulders today and my chest is looking improved for sure. Much more fullness.

 Right now i'm the underdog but now THIS COMPETITION IS A FUCKING BATTLE and I will get fuckin swole for this thing, no doubt about it.

That sounds good blackflag, but I'd recommend something closer to Max-OT, but with a bit less volume. Like one work set to failure, and maybe 3 or 4 exercies per day tops. In my experience I got my best results with low volume, high intensity, and high frequency, and that's basically what Max-OT is all about.

 Good idea, i'm gonna turn my training more into that direction.

 Usually every month I change it up. High volume one month, HIT the next month. When i'm feeling really sore and overworked i'll take like 4 or 5 days off. It's all about variety and using different methods instead of just finding one method and using it all the time.
