Yeah my tris and quads are my strongest points. Xerxes has some good lats and chest though. Dj's shoulders look pretty solid.
I switched over to more of and HIT type of routine. More rest days, lower volume, more intensity and pushing further into failure.
After 6 weeks of high volume lifting my body felt so trashed. I needed to lower the volume.
I hit chest and shoulders today and my chest is looking improved for sure. Much more fullness.
Right now i'm the underdog but now THIS COMPETITION IS A FUCKING BATTLE and I will get fuckin swole for this thing, no doubt about it.
