Hey "big" BFRS, how's the HIT style training going man?

 Going good. The volume training worked well for a while but after about a month I felt overtrained and worn out. Now my muscles are more full and when I lift I get more better pumps.

 What are you doing right now? In the last week or two before contest what are you gonna do?

I'm doing Max-OT and trying to follow it to a tee, except that I'm doing 8-12 reps for my legs instead of the 4-6 reps that Max-OT prescribes. I basically trained that way, when I was at my best.

And as far as the last week or two before the contest, I will probably use a few "tricks of the trade" ;D But I'd rather not reveal them here, coz I need to keep any kind of edge that I can get :P But I'll give you a hint, these "tricks of the trade" will have something to do with water and carb manipulations ;)

Think I only ate about 1000 calories yesterday and had one strength session in addition to a soccer game with my team, weird thing is I didn't feel weak either, I tried out the 82lb DBs in my gym and got 5 reps on the flat bench, decently happy with that (yeah yyeah I know you guys warm up with it right, whatever, stfu)

 Same thing here, I still feel strong and didn't lose too much strength during my weight loss. I tweaked my diet a little bit and my muscles feel a lot more full and strong this past week. Added extra protien and complex carbs, less sugar and fats, cleaned up my diet, when I eat cleaner it does make a big difference.

 I just hit back and bis and got an awesome pump. My whole upper body is looking more swole with blood and full muscles.

 I had a layoff from training for 3 months from December to March and deflated, now i've been training for almost 2 months again and got the muscle fullness back. I think i'll come in a lot more full than my last pics I hope.

 "Big" Xerxes, DJ, and me will beat the shit out of anyone. That's how we roll. We are fucking studs.

Im at 68.5kgs now in the morning, which is 150,7lbs

 I'm at 148 pounds, that fat is burning off for sure, bring out new cuts and skin going deeper to the joints.

 I'm gonna look like this on contest day.

I'll be training chest and tris today, with weighted dips, db incline flies and overhead tri ext. Hopefully I can get my weighted dip to bodyweight plus 100 pounds for 6 reps and the incline flies to 75 pounds per bell for 6 reps by months end.

Chest training without any pressing, oh brother  ::)

 Gotta agree here. Presses are essential. The big movements like bench, squat, overhead press, etc. should always be there.

 I love to do those too. I found this thick leather backpack, I put plates in it, put it on and do pushups. One of my favorite exercises. I like it a lot better than flat bench.

BY THE WAY GROINK!!! Since you're the judge I expect you to really emphasize on how people do the posing. So it's arms high and wide, noone try to hide any backs. If you see any of this activity, it's down with a pose  8)

Nah no one said that, originally it was the lightweight "championship", the only reason I joined in, but it was decided to include higher weights

 Yeah, I figured instead of a weight limit I would just make it only lifetime naturals. All the heavier guys will probably look shitty anyway and if someone wants to get shredded and be natty they'll have to get down to at least like 170 anyway.

 The problem with this is that some guys lie about natural status. There's one guy in this contest who I think might be lying about his natty status.

 Anyway,I just had an epic booty call. 3 and a half hours of fucking. Yes, that's right that's not a typo. 3 1/2 hours! Busted 2 nuts. Took a twenty minute break between fuck sessions to get gonads refilled. That was some fucking CARDIO boy! I was dripping sweat.

 Then of course she left right afterwards. Gotta get back to her husband. But I still got half a bottle of wine left and the night is young.

 My diet is pretty crap too. I'm losing the weight but my discipline with the diet isn't too good. Right now i'm drinking wine and eating cheese and chocolate. High as fuck. Just do whatever you want brother.

Straight on shots...clear pics....and NO standing underneath a 65,000 watt light

sure....ya gotta have LIGHT and of course you want to look good, but don't go overboard with lighting so stark it washes out your head it's so bright, ie: "The Shalaby effect"
