Think I only ate about 1000 calories yesterday and had one strength session in addition to a soccer game with my team, weird thing is I didn't feel weak either, I tried out the 82lb DBs in my gym and got 5 reps on the flat bench, decently happy with that (yeah yyeah I know you guys warm up with it right, whatever, stfu)
Same thing here, I still feel strong and didn't lose too much strength during my weight loss. I tweaked my diet a little bit and my muscles feel a lot more full and strong this past week. Added extra protien and complex carbs, less sugar and fats, cleaned up my diet, when I eat cleaner it does make a big difference.
I just hit back and bis and got an awesome pump. My whole upper body is looking more swole with blood and full muscles.
I had a layoff from training for 3 months from December to March and deflated, now i've been training for almost 2 months again and got the muscle fullness back. I think i'll come in a lot more full than my last pics I hope.
