I'm gonna start lifting again tommorrow, but lifting weights is just one element of my program.
With the weights. Lately i've been hitting the weights hard for about 3 weeks, then i'll take about one week off. I think taking a week off once per month is great for the musclez.
After about 3 weeks of lifting hard, my body gets SORE as fuck. Seems like it's not good to keep pushing it. Gotta listen to what your body is telling you.
