I woke up from a nap where I must of gained a solid 1.5 lbs of lean muscle mass while shredding .5% in the process. I did some push-ups with forced negatives then banged my married neighbor who happens to be a model for some big whore thing over here. After she left and paid me $1000 bucks for allowing her to breath my cock, I went outside and beat up several gang members. I supersetted that with planning for the end of the world and shining my Mr. Getbig belt. Now its time to put white out on my shoulders.

 Exactly dude. This is what the "Big" BFRS workout is all about. This man is a true athlete. Except to get a real worout you gotta be on top 80% of the time. Let the bitch get on top while you rest inbetween sets. But the key is the get on top and use your whole body to slam that shit.

 This position here is a great demonstration of how to rest inbetween sets.

 I just drink milk as a protien supp. That's it.

 I even stopped taking multi-vitamins about a year ago. My caveman ancestors didn't need all that shit and neither do I.

 Timing it is difficult. Who wants to worry about watching the clock while you're slamming a hot vajina? Not me. I just look at the clock occasionally to see how long the entire session is going.

 Just do it by feel.

 The best workouts are doggystyle, or missionary position with her legs up by her head. Any position where you can move your whole body and slam it. Missionary is good because you support your own bodyweight with your arms and get a great upper body workout. Or if she is thin enough, you can make her ay flat on her stomach and hit it from behind.

 I havn't lifted weights now in 6 days. Just been fucking a lot and hiking the mountains. Lifting weights gets boring as fuck sometimes.

 Absolutely. This is important to get her pussy wet before fucking, and it can be done between sets for rest. Also it's FUN and having fun is the most important thing.

 Pussy and asshole licking is a very important part of the "Big" BFRS workout program. If you don't do it, it's like a weight lifting program with no curls.

 Good idea. I'll try that with the carbs. Also hit the sauna before the contest and dry out.

 I'm gonna start lifting again tommorrow, but lifting weights is just one element of my program.

 With the weights. Lately i've been hitting the weights hard for about 3 weeks, then i'll take about one week off. I think taking a week off once per month is great for the musclez.

 After about 3 weeks of lifting hard, my body gets SORE as fuck. Seems like it's not good to keep pushing it. Gotta listen to what your body is telling you.
