certain AAS can effect your thyroid especially tren. Get some blood work done and adjust accordingly. Also cut caffeine out after mid afternoon. Even coffee after 4 oclock fucks my sleep.

most people dont even have balls to post pics at any time in there lifting cause they fear

i dont know what they fear though, its not even that big of a deal to post pics and have people laugh or comment. Guys like swede are analytical about things to a point its deeply saddening

The poster who mentioned GERD might be correct.  It manifests itself in many different ways like he described, with many of the symptoms not feeling anything stomach related.

You might want to try some over the counter stuff like Prevacid (lanzoprazole) or Zantac.  Also, you can combine it with an OTC product called Gaviscon which I've found effective.

It can raise blood pressure and speed up pulse. I have never ever ever heard of anyone suffering a stroke or having any problems with this side effect.

THC has actually been found to fight hardening of the arteries too.

There's one reported case where someone died from MJ use..

That's so fucking annoying!I used to date a girl that worked nights.she'd come over on a weekend at like 2:30 and wake me up like 10xs over without even trying.then she'd fall asleep at like 5:00am and sleep like a baby.I'd be up at 7:00am and would be watching tv and doing other stuff and she'd sleep right through it >:(

haha, I'm just being honest.  He looks damn good in the first pic and much better than in the 2nd...
He obviously on gear, the comparisons are what prove it, you could say it's genetic but he doesn't even have the same build in the second.

That said the second picture is still far more impressive than anyone elses, he's 6,6 could you even imagine him beside the little twinks.

When DaddyWaddy jumped on the scene, I thought this sucka was a gimmick ...but the dude was big, 'Arnold-like' natural foundations  ...all the way big a tall Aryan specimen....but damn...he sure is going for the 'health look ::)' these days though .. :'( Not sure if it is the diet 'manipulations' or the late night 'talks' with alien lizards but 2007-8  Falcon was a pussy wrecking machine...maybe a training camp with Superstar Alexxx can breath life under those falcon wings ?

When I'm overly tired there is a brief period of time between sleep and consciousness when my body will almost convulse. At times this can be so severe that then I can't fall asleep. There is a medical explanation for this occurance, but I can't remember what is is called.

Smoking marijuana increases anxiety in the long run. Refuse to touch it. Never have touched it. Probably never will.

try eating it. Totally different mind connection
