get lean and ripped
going to Thailand for vacation
(last time there, I saw Gary Strydom on walking street in Pattaya).

cardio in the am on empty stomach...low carbs in the am and rest of day protein..Get your lifting and crap done at night

As close to zero carbs as you can get...

About 70% of your calories should come from fat, and you should have moderate protein...We'll say you shouldn't exceed 0.8-1.0 grams of protein per pound of lean muscle mass.

This should have you close to you weight lose goals..You can use your vacation to carb up, & restore energy to have sex with nice young hookers in Thailand.

Please note if you have access to ergogenic aids like steroids, fat-burners add those in two...

I would say to add in veg's as well.However, the point of this short diet is all about fat burning and suffering..

Cut out all solid foods.

Essentially you'll be doing a "juice fast"

Drink about a gallon of liquid per day.

800 cals worth of fruit juice. The sugar will give you energy. Don't worry.

Take some supplemental vitamins. C,D,Iron,

Apart form shedding blubber, your complexion will be MUCH better.
