I was weight training twice a week due to time restraints at the time and just eating a super clean diet. Literally ate no "junk" for the best part of 2 years. Never did cardio really, other than some cycling for fun. Like I said to you in my PM's dj181, I was always one of the strongest kids in my school the minute I walked in the gym. I know 128 lbs at 5'10" sounds tiny, but you have to appreciate how tiny my joints are, I never looked emaciated or thin. I just looked like a shredded guy carrying a bit more muscle than kids that age.
