Well, according to God the absolute lowest % bodyfat that a natural trainer can have is roughly 5.5% so I'd say that was Mr. Lee's measure

5'7, and I know he was 125-128 lbs for quite some time at his leanest, I know this because it was Bruce that inspired me to get shredded and funnily enough at the age of 17 I was shredded to the bone at....yes, 128 lbs. But for my age I was carrying some pretty functional muscle. Let me tell you aswell I could EASILY perform 30 plus press ups on just my thumbs, so Bruce's feats of strengths were doable at such a light weight. Bodyfat was as low as it can get.

Were you playing any sports at that time, or just training to be fit? I was a track/cross country guy when I was in my teens, and I weighed all of a buck 35 @ 5'11" lol

I was weight training twice a week due to time restraints at the time and just eating a super clean diet. Literally ate no "junk" for the best part of 2 years. Never did cardio really, other than some cycling for fun. Like I said to you in my PM's dj181, I was always one of the strongest kids in my school the minute I walked in the gym. I know 128 lbs at 5'10" sounds tiny, but you have to appreciate how tiny my joints are, I never looked emaciated or thin. I just looked like a shredded guy carrying a bit more muscle than kids that age.
