First use of synthol?

Well it's the first use of Obvious synthol use. I'm not so sure if he was the first to inject MCT oil...

Manfred's use was actually very subtle versus Greg Valentino use.

Manfreds SEO use was just discussed on Heavy Muscle Radio. It seems Dave had some insight into his protocol and claims Manfred used 18 guage pins and used 10ml per bicep?

When Denise R. was moving up the ranks in the late 80's, she would come to San Diego to get her stuff. Her supplier owned a gym I used to train at in San Diego. Many times she did not have the $ to pay for the stuff. Quite often she paid with sexual favors. I heard she was a real nympho too.

It's a shame Denise crashed and burned. If she had held it together, she would have been Ms Olympia easily.

Manfred held a seminar along with Gary Taylor at my local gym in either 94 or 95 which I happened to attend. I always believed his arms to be real especially since he finished a very close 2nd in WSM one year. I have yet to see a synthol user lift real heavy weights.

There was a interview in musclemag yrs ago. And the female interviewer (I think it was a female) felt his his arms, and said that the biceps were not as hard as Robby Robinson's. Manfred kinda got pissed with that statement, and basically said, "well, his aren't as big."

Yep the ratio for forearms and upper arms is off, like with every synthol user. Also, am I the only one who doesn't believe they were 25 inches?

I think they were, in motion in wsm they were ridiculous.
Plus look at the pic with the woman the sheer volume of his arm next to her head is crazy.

Manfred was shooting something in his arms. Esciline was around back then (late 80's).
Synthol took over for esciline after a while.
Plus, site injecting oil based drugs might help with swelling.

He did, but fucker was strong as shit. Saw it where he took a closed can of coke in his hands and crushed it. Apparently when closed it took something like 1000 pounds per square inch. Could have been a prop can though. But he was strong.
