Worst liar in recent times is Tommy Jeffers. Reason being he lies to Lyle McDonald, one of the only honest, no BS guys in this industry. A guy who promoted him by using him on the cover of his book etc.

I ended up doing 3 minor surgeries, all during my 23 week prep, with the latest surgery being 6 weeks out from the NPC show - which was done to try and remove the massive amount of scar tissue that had accumulated from the other two surgeries. I had the option, because of where my tumors were sitting, to go in through the nipple area and as a result, would leave the least amount of visible scarring on the surface, since bodybuilding is an endeavor I plan on doing for a long time. That was the route I chose to go. Unfortunately, I ended up with a ton of scar tissue and swelling in that area, which was way worse than what you see in my show day pics. I was getting deep tissue massage therapy every other day to reduce the swelling, and although it made a big difference and dramatically reduced it, it still wasn't enough come show day to have it completely be gone. Even sitting here now, I have continued to work on it and it is now almost non-existant...probably another month of deep tissue and it will be completely gone. So, to all those who like to assume and apparently know me and all the things I went through that accuse me of gyno and steroid use, first off thank you Second, I must have been on the crappiest steroids ever created since I took a 2.5 year off season and ended up 6lbs lighter on stage. Wow, tons of muscle gained there! Not to mention that I must have the ONLY gyno in the world that suddenly disappears with consistent deep tissue massage. On top of that, it just so happens that the areas of the body that have an abundance of androgen receptors (i.e. chest and traps) which allow for exponential growth during a cycle are the muscle groups that are relatively my smallest and weakest areas! And I also must have workout partners that lie and make up conversations they've had with my doctors about the procedures I had to go through with my tumor removal while they were there at the hospital with me. Either way, that is what I had to go through during my prep this year - which made the outcome all that much more special to me! People will think and assume what they want, but the people who matter to me all know the truth, and that's all that matters. This explanation is for those that follow me online, who don't know me personally, and just want to hear the truth.+

Please explain this. I'm lifetime natural but have had gyno since I was 13 or 14.

Hopefully it reduces as I diet

I could pass for a natural, I don't have the chemical look or crazy muscle roundness or crazy vascularity.

Well, a lot of the times it's not even true gynecomastia. It's puffy nipples or pseudogynecomastia due to being somewhat overweight. Does the gyno tissue feel harder than the surrounding area?

When you see a bodybuilder who's been lean for years, no excess fat around the pec area (especially the sides) and he has a lump with a very defined edge, like a disc of tissue, it's usually due to drugs.

Look at these cases of adolescent gyno and compare to the guys in this thread.

I had it and had it removed years ago. It was funny cause the Dr who removed it made a comment about it being caused by puberty and not steroids. He said he could tell just by looking at it and feeling around. All of these guys are liars, period. Wake up people!!!!

The fact of the matter is as long as someone has enough muscle to make you or tbombz jealous you will have a knee jerk reaction to call someone a juicer along with 90% of other getbiggers. I don't like to be naive but i also don't want to be cynical and claim anyone with muscle is a juicer. He may have used... who knows. He just has a natural look about him. I know some life long fucks that live and breathe this natural shit... if you ask me, Dear naive Leafy, they are fucking juiced up and you know it.

There's a distinct look you get when doing moderate steroid cycles and using GH. It can actually be a pretty fantastic, healthy look too. No jab at their physiques. Its just that..... they're pure fucking liar scumbags who are no different than liar Priest.

My workout partner of 5 years barely looked as if he lifted. Same workouts, almost the same strength and I'd assume our diets and rest time were pretty comparable. I, on the other hand, got, and still get, accused of using gear. Genetics and early childhood nutrition come into play.
