dude at my gym looks to have the same kind of paper skin/graininess to him, not as huge as this ossie guy, but same type of skin? guess that means he's on some kind of anabolics right?

That's the problem today's standards. Too small? What is he, about 5'8" and 225? Looks shredded and full. More size would just make his gut bigger. The 90's were the perfect balance. Nowadays, most of the pros looked like ripped wrestlers...
