He does alot of wind sprints and Kettleball work. Runs the gorge everyday. He has come along way since getting out of Erie County.

He has lifted a 70lb kettleball 56 times over his head. Bench pressed his weight of 205lbs 81 times. Did it at the Brickyard strongman event in Lewsiton NY. Then watched him drink a bottle of Vox vodka. Man is a pure beast.

Also, you shouldn't really be making fun of box squats especially since you have no clue on why they're used (see leafy googling "box squat" to come up with a definition). You have a long way go to fill out that 6' 150lb frame of yours.
