Someone recently created a thread asking why pros don't train so hard nowadays, so I'd like to share what a friend of mine said about witnessing many pros out in Cali and their training styles/routines. He told me that he noticed that the pros ONLY trained their legs hard and heavy, and I find this interesting. Also, he told me about a time when he was training lat pulldowns, and gh15... Opps, I meant to say Gunther S. was training pulldowns right next to him. My friend said that Gunther maxed out with 120 pounds, while my friend was knocking out reps with 400 pounds lol
