Amazing 3-D lower body. Solid enough upper-body, especially from the front, but the underwhelming arms are a glaringly obvious weakness. That's a long way to come to lose it at the finish line.  :-\

look at most black pro athletes. id say 75-80% have bout the same type of calf development as dexter does.

he trains em.

but calves are 100% a genetics thing.
