Not sure if it's carried everywhere. We have a store that stocks it by thin pizza crusts and a St. Louis Pizza Restaurant's bottled sauce.

It looks weird before it's melted but I assure you it is very yummy melted on pizza and in whatever recipe.

I made the pizza above w/Provel.

I've had his from the restaurant, it's very good.....admit it's not as good as the stuff I had in Germany. We met these 3 brothers who had relocated from Italy.....their place was incredible. One of those giant clay domed ovens, etc.... and when we would walk in the door they would shuttle us to a table and bring out an on the house bottle of wine..... we went there almost every week at least once.

Hahahaha! Show got the recipe from those Italians though so I suspect he'll be alright by southern standards. I remember a few years ago this douche bag at school tried making lasagna. What a disaster.

I'm the only person in my family who doesn't eat eggplant. Don't know why but it's never done it for me. I think it's the texture, to be honest.
