I never have a bad workout............just some that are better than others,but none really what I would consider as a shitty day.

Key is to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.


Whatever you do though,train your balls off!

Just make sure to gaze at photos like these before yo training ma man, as they are a surefire way to jack your test levels and your energy levels 8)

some times people train to hard that imo a common problem you should hit it hard but not crazy watch hitting failure a lot on free weight compound movements such as squats,deads,bent rows, benchs once you start getting really strong a lot of people feel like shit all the time lol why do you think they take pain pills all the times lol

try a hit routine, dorian style, started last week and its fucking awesome!
